Become Your Future is a trading name of RCJGLOBAL Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. When these terms refer to "we", "us", or "our", they mean RCJGLOBAL Ltd trading as Become Your Future. "You" means the person purchasing or using the service.

2. The Service

Become Your Future provides personalised AI-generated video content, delivered to your WhatsApp each morning. Each video is created using photos you provide and is designed to help you visualise your future self.

Upon purchase you will receive access to your personalised videos for the period specified at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full before access is granted. We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions securely. We do not store your payment details.

By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days, we are unable to offer refunds as the personalised content will have been created and delivered.

5. Your Photos and Content

By submitting photos to us, you confirm that:

• You are the person depicted in the photos, or you have the legal right to submit them
• The photos do not contain any illegal content
• You grant us a limited licence to use the photos solely for creating your personalised video content

We will not use your photos for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your images.

6. Intellectual Property

All video content we create for you is produced for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the content without our written permission. The Become Your Future brand, name, and website content remain the property of RCJGLOBAL Ltd.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit photos of other people without their consent
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our production methods
• Resell or commercially exploit the content we create for you

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if these conditions are breached, without refund.

8. Disclaimer

Become Your Future is a visualisation and mindset tool. We make no guarantees regarding specific life outcomes, financial results, or personal achievements. Results vary between individuals. The service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
